This condo includes free beach service (seasonal from March 1 to October 31st) each day of your stay! Enjoy two beach chaise loungers and one umbrella setup each day of your stay.

When you step into this professionally decorated unit, you are hit with the magnificent view of the Gulf of Mexico! The condo’s open layout allows provides gulf views from the living space, dining area, and kitchen. Upgraded wood-look, coastal, upgraded tile flooring is installed through out the condo . The kitchen area is fully equipped with all the comforts of home, along with beautiful granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances and new cabinetry. The living area boasts a 47 inch flat-panel HDTV, with 3-D capability and direct access to your extra-large balcony.

The balcony is the perfect place to enjoy your breakfast and peaceful afternoons! Enjoy outdoor meals with beautiful views of the gulf of mexico, sandy quartz beach, and majestic sunsets. The comfortable balcony furnishings are perfect for working on your tan, enjoying a good book, taking a nap, or enjoying your morning coffee.

The gulf-front master bedroom includes a king bed, separate balcony access. The private master bath includes a combination tub/shower and double vanity. The spacious guest bedroom includes two double beds, and private access to the guest bathroom. The guest bath includes a combination shower/tub.

The condo includes a separate laundry room with washer and dryer.

"Great Condo! Super comfortable and huge balcony. Beds are really comfy. GREAT location across from the arcade and hidden lagoon mini golf. IF you drive anything bigger then a compact good luck parking in the garage space. Only 2 of the 3 elevators worked the entire time we were there, may the odds be ever in your favor with that. The TV never worked in the second bedroom, quick response to request but not fixed. Overall would stay again

Great condo on the beach

"The condo was great and so was the location. However, the elevators are a problem as only 2 of 3 were working and a few days only 1. The parking for 1 car under the condo is very tight as there are 3 spaces for each group of cars. Greta's team was nice and everything we needed or had questions on they answered.

"We had a great time and good communication with the hosts.
We had 2 adults and 2 kids (7 and 9yo). It was a great stay. The house was clean just with normal beach wear and tear.
The location was great and not busy. It was nice to walk to a few restaurants.
Only wish they provided beach towels.

"We stayed late June. The weather was a little rainy and we had double red flags, but we had a few great days on the beach. The condo was well equipped with anything you may need. My husband and I commented how it would be a nice place to stay for those that stay several weeks. Beach side service was easy to set up. The pool is a little small, but there is an ocean just steps away. We had plenty of towels and the washer/dryer helps a lot with small kids. The water pressure in the shower is high my husband was jealous, because our house doesn't have that good of pressure. Everything was clean when we arrived. There is a cart in the laundry room to help bring your stuff up. When we stayed it didn't seem like a lot of people were staying in the building. There wasn't a ton of traffic in and out at the times we were leaving. I will say we have a mid sized suv and the spot is on the end and can be a little tight to get in and out. We were lucky there were spots on the other side empty so it made backing in easier. If it was packed full I assume it would be harder to get into. There is additional parking so not a deal breaker if you are driving a larger vehicle. Everyone that worked in the building was very nice and helpful. Shops and restaurants are near by and an easy walk. Just a heads up the app they use won't work on newer Android phones. I actually used another phone we have that was an iPhone and it worked on it. We enjoyed our stay and will return to ocean reef if we come back to PCB.

"The condo was so nice. It had everything you could want and more. The minute you open the door you can see the gulf and the beach is beautiful. Having access to the balcony from the master was great also. Nothing like waking up and being able 'to see the gulf before even getting out of bed! The free beach chairs and umbrella service was a plus and there were beach chairs, an umbrella and other beach things on the balcony that you could use also. The balcony was wonderful, so much room and plenty of places to sit and lounge. Elevators were quick, and there were 3 of them so you never really had to wait long. I would definitely recommend to anybody. ❤️
Check in/out was a breeze also.

"My family stays at Ocean Reef every year. We haven’t stayed in a bad condo yet. We love that we can walk to our favorite beach spots. Units are clean and have starter kits that can usually make it through the stay. The elevators don’t take too long unless it’s check in or out time. Parking deck is tight but having an assigned parking spot is appreciated. The unit came with reserved beach chairs, plus there were beach chairs left in unit. This year we had our friends come and stay in neighboring unit. They said it’s the best condo and beach experience they have had and now plan on making Ocean Reef there go to spot. I can’t say enough good things about it.

Wonderful Trip

"This is our 5th time using Gretta's Beach Rentals, but the first in this particular unit. We had a wonderful time. The unit is nicely decorated, clean and has all the essentials. The toaster wouldn't work and we had a problem with the TV, but Adam from Gretta's was immediately responsive and had us a new toaster and fixed the TV very quickly. Highly recommend this unit and Gretta's overall. We love staying at Ocean Reef. It does have very tight parking deck but there were days we didn't even leave. Walking distance from put-put, go cart track, Funland arcade, Runaway Island restaurant, the best Homemade Icecream shop and the beautiful beach you can really just stay here all week and not leave. The other benefit for us is the fact that there are no other large condos on either side so the beach isn't as crowded!

"This was my family's second stay at this condo. We love the comfort and thoughtfulness of staying here. This condo is especially decorated beautifully with all the beach theme details. "Nothing but positive comments from my family about Greta’s Condo. The condo has EVERYTHING needed to prepare meals in a spacious kitchen. We had a small issue at 11:00pm our 1st night and Greta’s team responded immediately! The condo is the best we’ve stayed in, very clean, great views, comfy beds, 2 bicycles, 2 beach chairs, LOTS of board games, less crowded beach, waking distance to a lot of restaurants, shopping, miniature golf, and go-cart racing. The parking is tight but doable, we were thankful for the covered parking. No problems with elevators, we liked that they were cleaned daily. We have already recommended the condo to our friends and family!

"October in PCB is always fabulous. October in PCB at this condo was perfection. Things that sold me on the property when I was looking were the included beach chair service and the available bicycles. Things that will have me returning to this specific condo are the incredible kitchen/appliance amenities (even a crockpot - I mean everything), the 2 full beds in the second bedroom, the nice big deck with room for relaxing and dining, the full-size washer/dryer. Add to all that a whole host of games and all you need to bring is your swimsuit, a beach towel, and some groceries and you don't have for anything. Also, across the street is mini-golf, a donut/burger shack, souvenir shop. And walk a few hundred feet down the beach to dine on the sand or grab a beer at a decent food joint. We will be back!

"First of all, I’m a “southerner.” And I love those whom understand the term, ‘southern charm.’ But, Greta’s took that term to a whole new level: one I will never forget! Every small detail was noticed, in my eye...from the bicycles, the lamps, leftover games, especially the coffee table shells of Tic-tax-toe!

"Have rented properties via VRBO for 15+ years and Ocean Reef 1407 is absolutely the very best condo! It was exceptionally clean and well-decorated; the rooms were all large (including the baths) as was the balcony. We will rent this condo from Greta's again without question! Runaway Island Beach Restaurant is a 3-minute walk from the condo - exceptional crab cakes, grouper, desserts and fabulous beach view. Rent this condo from Greta's and have a fabulous vacation!

Beautiful Condo

"This is a beautifully decorated unit, #1407, and very well-stocked with anything you would need. We didn't really cook much, but the kitchen had everything so that you could. Very nice appliances, pots and pans, knives, glassware, etc. The unit was very clean and well-maintained and looked exactly like the pictures. We love to eat outside, so we really enjoyed the comfortable furniture on the big balcony. There are also lots of "extras" that the owners were very thoughtful to provide. Beach toys, a luggage/grocery cart, beach chairs, games, books, etc. I traveled with my sister and her son, so it was great to have a second bedroom with 2 beds. I found the master bedroom bed to be a little too firm for me, but that is just personal preference. The free beach service was great and a nice bonus. We love PCB and would rent this unit again. Greta's was an excellent company to work with. Everything went very smoothly. This was my first time renting with Greta's and I did call a couple times to ask questions. They were very responsive and helpful. A first class operation.

"The room was beautiful and comfortable. The balcony was awesome and spacious. The only draw back of the place would be the elevators. One of them was down so we had to check our patience, but overall it is an amazing place to stay with really nice staff. Again, the condo was decorated to the nines and we couldn't be happier to have stayed there.

"This condo was beautiful. They provided a lot of different things to help make sure our experience was top knotch. We cooked a lot in the condo and I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of cookware provided by them. The rooms were clean and the sofa bed was one of the most comfortable sofa beds I have ever slept on. We can't wait to come back and stay again.

The only downside to staying at Ocean Reef was that the elevators continuously kept going down; however, the maintenance staff was on top of it each time and had them working again in no time.

"Great rental experience. There were so many "extras" in the room. A beach cart, beach toys, books, a cooler, crock pot, yoga mat, beach chairs, blender, magazines and much more! The beds were comfy and the condo was super clean. The 14th floor has a great view without having to be on the top floor. The beach chair service was great and the pool was clean. The security service is extremely STRICT. Wear those bands! Location is perfect. Right across from Funland and Amore donut/ice cream shop. We had a light bulb blow-not a big deal but it was replaced within 8 hours! Great customer service. This was our second stay at Ocean Reef condos and we will be back.

Love Love Love This Condo!

"Beautiful, spacious, comfortable, everything you need or what you didn't think you needed. The decor is so nice. Close to my favorite homemade ice cream shop, Pier Park, we ate at Hook'd, & Margaritaville that was close by. Not far from Target, WalMart & lots of other shopping.
Took the bicycle out for a pedal. (2) in the room.
Free Chairs on the beach, was great. Red tide was there Sept 15 when we arrived, they did a great job keeping the beach cleaned up. There was a small cooler we used to take drinks out to the beach & pool. WIFI worked great! The balcony is very large & has super comfortable furniture on it, as this is where we spend a good bit of time if not in the ocean or pool. We arrived early & room was not ready but called Greta & was able to get in the pool. They have an office on the 6th floor. The security guy makes sure you have your arm band on! He checks regularly!!! Enjoyed this place would recommend Greta if not this unit one of her others. We had a special time!

"This rental looked great in pictures, but it was even better in person. Also- the description doesn’t say much on what’s in the unit, so it was a nice surprise to see all kitchen items (cups, plates, silverware, serving bowls, Tupperware) and much more (crockpot, kuerig, toaster, regular coffee maker, ice maker). There also were board games, extra foldable beach chairs, a wagon to haul stuff to/from the beach, etc. The designated beach lounger chairs were hassle free and so nice. We even signed up for parasailing right from our beachfront! I would definitely stay here again. Love this property!

"My family stayed here in July when we were in town for the World Series. It is a beautiful condo and had everything we needed for our stay. The pictures on the listing show exactly what the condo looks like. It is clean and updated. The view is beautiful. We loved watching dolphins in the morning from the balcony. The only complaint I have is the washer/dryer. The washer had mold around the seal, which is typical for front loaders, but it left my clothes smelling bad after washing. Other than that I really enjoyed our stay and would rent this condo again.

"Our stay in Unit 1407 surpassed our expectations from the moment we walked thru the door! Spacious unit with outstanding views of the Gulf and all the comforts of home. Great location, close to everything & comfortable. Waking up to Dolphins swimming and countless hours catching rays and jumping waves was the perfect getaway! "Working with Greta and Riley was a great experience. They were very helpful and professional. Unit 1407 was a very nice unit with everything we needed for a home away from home. Even though we stayed during the week of the 4th of July, it was not very crowded on the beach. We were there with three other families, and we all loved the free beach service with our rentals. I would definitely recommend this unit and working with Greta's Beach Rentals.

"This was the best unit we have stayed in at PCB. The unit was great with plenty of space for our family. Appliances included a Keurig and nice blender. Activities were close for teenagers and restaurant two doors down had live band nightly.

"When my 3 adult nieces and their 2 friends decided to visit me for New Year's, I thought a 3 day stay at a condo would be nice. The condo was beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice. The large balcony was a big hit and the girls even used it for yoga!They want to come again.

"Overall a great stay, it was a good home away from home. The only hiccup we had was upon our arrival, the condo still had not cleaned. Something happened with the schedule, but there was a number to call Greta and we were able to get the condo cleaned. Very nice having a private beach with chairs/umbrella set up. The weather was not very good so we didn't get to stay outside much sadly but we made due. Will stay here again if we make it back to PCB one day.

"The property and its amenities were exactly as described in the website. The place was very clean and well maintained. The place is nearby to Pier park, the shopping place and restaurants. Greta was very helpful and caring in her service with very prompt and timely communications. Whoever looking for a peaceful vacation place with good amenities in ocean front, I would recommend this property. The WIFI password was little confusing but we figured out shortly (Caps "R" or small "r") otherwise everything was perfect. We enjoyed this place.

Loud construction in condo over us!!!

"The condo was very nice except for the king size bed that had a worn out mattress. Fell in a hole when you layed down. Other than that the condo was decorated beautifully and had everything we needed.
What was really bad was the construction going on in the condo above us. All day long the day after we arrived the noise was so loud we could t even hear each other talk or the TV. We called and was told nothing could be done about it. It was raining out so we couldn't go to the beach. If we had know this ahead of time we certainly would have chosen another condo. We feel like we should we should get a refund for this day as it was very miserable. I would not recommend this location to anyone else unless this policy changed and a warning would be given concerning construction.

"The condo was great. There was very little noise transfer from the upper and lower units. We only heard a loud noise once when someone dropped something really heavy. The sound of the beach from the balcony was fabulous. The unit had beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, and family games as well. We all had a great time.

"Very nice, loved the spacious balcony with big chairs, this is the best supplied unit we have rented, bikes, beach set up,electronic devices tops, toys and games, utility room, even a small xmas tree in the closet, I was amazed, We will be back. The only negative is a comment I make at most rentals, I am a big guy 6'4 and the chairs and sofa in the living room are best suited for short people. It would be nice to have a large recliner for us big guys, that would make it perfect. The carpet is clean,good quality, in good shape but stained in areas of high traffic and the granite counters likewise need chemical clean and resealed for the long haul. I found the king bed a bit soft for a big guy but every big guy comment I make is countered by the fact my wife 5' 4" loved the chairs and bed. Over all it was very impressive, very well decorated, a lot for the money.
