The condo was beautiful and the master bedroom was extremely comfortable.

We have rented this particular condo for 6 years now. We love the location, the 2 beach chairs that are included, & the decor off this condo. Feels like home. The flooring & master bath shower were remodeled sometime in the last year too.

It was clean and serviceable! Few maintenance issues but nothing that impacted our stay. Patio was the best, as having corner-end open, created more breeze on humid days!

We vacation in Florida about 10 times a year so I’m basing my review on other condos in this same price range. The location to the beach is amazing so this condo will always stay rented if I had to guess! Upon arrival the glasses were greasy & the bathroom door was off of the hinge! The fridge was warm! Management said it would be cool by day 2 which I wasn’t happy about since we had just spent $700 on groceries! Luckily it cooled off but condo is still very much in need of all new appliances since the fridge takes forever to cool, the ice maker is super slow so we had to buy bags of ice daily and has cracks on the interior. The dishwasher only works ok and the stove smells like burnt grease and set off the fire alarm by simply boiling water. The dishes were all chipped & the pot holders were shredded! I was surprised these weren’t thrown out! Dollar tree has cheap, better dishes & kitchen hand towels than the ones provided! The AC works amazing! The water pressure is just average! The balcony is awesome with beautiful sunset views! The pool is on the side of the building with half inside so not on the beach side. The sofas are small so seats 4 comfortably. A dining chair was missing but we used the desk chair! I just feel for a condo to stay competitive the furnishings & appliances need to stay in good condition. Location & AC AWESOME! Everything else was on the cheaper side & needs an upgrade!

We have always rented from Greta's Beach Rental and this condo was perfect as always!! Riley is always wonderful. Recommend 10/10.

This condo is absolutely beautiful and so well maintained. Everything was so nice and comfortable for our family of 4. The condo is stocked with everything you could possibly need. Lots of great kitchen items, puzzles, books, movies, chairs, beach umbrella, sand toys, boogie boards, and more! You really don't need to bring or buy much when staying here. The view from this condo is absolutely stunning, and the condo is close to fun shops and many restaurants. The private beach here is also beautiful and perfect for lounging the day away.

Beautiful and convient location. Friendly staff and management staff was available at anytime. Only draw back is parking garage on upper floors. Would definitely book again

We just spent a week here and couldn’t be happier with our stay. The condo was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate four adults and two children. It was incredibly well-equipped with all the amenities we needed for the week. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around. On top of that, communication with Greta’s staff was wonderful—they were helpful and responsive. We had absolutely no issues and would definitely stay here again!

We had so much fun at this condo, the location was perfect, within walking distance to multiple restaurants. The view from the balcony was beautiful.

The room is awesome, clean and in a great spot on the beach. Parking was great and easy and there is lots to do right across the street. The 3 elevators are over 30yrs old and do not work well. They are in process of replacing them but right now getting an elevator takes forever. At night, they employ random guys to sit in the elevators and manually run them. These people are not security, not vetted and seemed to enjoy harassing women that would come in from the beach with swim wear on. There was no reason for these men to be ruining the elevators by sitting in the cars with a key. The HOA manager was called and made no changes to the practice. I would steer clear of here until next summer when elevators are fixed

Upon arriving we were greeted by very friendly and helpful staff! The room was like the pictures when booking. The best place we enjoyed was the balcony. It had beautiful ocean views. Every morning we sat out on the balcony watching the fish, blue crab, stingrays, and the birds! We spent a lot of time on the balcony. It was very spacious one of the reasons we booked it! The water was calm and good for little kids to play in without strong surfs. I highly recommend this beach if you like calmer waters and have children. When we stayed the waters were clear and you could see the ocean life well especially from our balcony! The staff do a great job at keeping the beach clean and grounds clean as well! The staff were always friendly and kind! They take great pride in their building! The rooms were clean and well stocked with everything you would need for your stay! One of our favorite restaurants was just next door the Runaway Island. Which can also be accessed from the beach. Greta's Beach Rentals did an excellent job preparing us with everything we might need and explained everything in detail during the booking. Overall a great experience!

We had a wonderful stay. The property description was accurate, especially regarding the central location and amazing views. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the amenities met our expectations. The owner/manager provided friendly and helpful customer service when we reached out about checking in. We would definitely recommend this property to friends and family. We especially enjoyed exploring the nearby attractions, activities, and restaurants, all of which were conveniently accessible from the property.

It was our family's first time visiting the Emerald Coast of FL. My 88 year old mother wanted to see the water from the room and have easy access to the beach. This rental was a score on both of those fronts. The condo was on the 19th floor corner unit and had endless views of the Gulf and beach. It was very convenient to take the elevator down and walk out onto the beach. The location itself and PCB weren't our favorite and it felt like we had overpaid based on the condition of the building and the area in general (think Spring Break/carnival rather than laid back/ family vacation). For the price we paid, I think that better towels, some coffee pods, and more than a couple of rolls of toilet paper would have won more stars on hospitality.

The perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beach . Condo was nice, included beach chairs, close to Walmart and steps to the beach.

Clean!The rental company was easy to work with. Trap and William with the beach chair company were amazing!Parking is really tight if you have a large vehicle.

We had a wonderful experience. Beautiful views, accommodations, fairly close to restaurants.

I have been vacationing in Panama City since I was a child and this is by far the cleanest unit I have ever rented! All the furniture was comfortable and the kitchen was adequately stocked. The check in process was a breeze and the manager personally reached out to touch base and provide his contact information before we checked in. 100% will be staying here again!
