The condo was clean and in excellent condition. We especially love the oversized balcony. Only problem was the week we were there the weather was cold and windy so we couldn’t make as much use of the balcony as we would have liked.

I stayed for 3 weeks in this excellent 2-bedroom condo at the Tropic Winds in Panama City Beach. It was clean and very comfortable. Tastefully decorated, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable and sturdy furniture inside and out. Especially liked the walk-in shower in the master bath. Be sure to bring your own shampoo, soap, and kleenex, because there wasn't any provided. Some big benefits: free beach lounges until November 1st; parking is inside the Tropic Winds complex and close to the elevators; nice pool and hot tub and BBQ areas; watch the sunset every night from the balcony. Can't say enough about Riley and the Greta's management team: absolutely excellent customer service provided. This condo will be my first choice next time!

We have booked with greta’s for several years with no issues. Riley and Adam are very helpful with any questions we have had. Plan to book with them next year. October is a great time to visit PCB. We go during bike week and really enjoy seeing the beautiful bikes.

Everything went well during our stay. The parking was tight but the folks next to us in 802 were kind in the area. We enjoyed our visit and would consider to use this condo again.

Many trips to PCB, but first one at this location. Perfect view from the ocean front balcony to see Sting ray, dolphins, sea turtles and can’t forget the beautiful sunsets.
You can’t go wrong when renting from Greta’s Beach rentals. Riley is very customer service oriented and easy to communicate with. Greta’s managed properties are always well maintained and very clean. Enjoyed our stay immensely!

This condo is the best rental property I’ve ever stayed in. Riley and the staff were awesome. The Hospitality app was very informative. Of course PC is an attractive destination, but this condo made it that much better. From sunrise to sunset, the R&R we needed lasted all day. We will turn this into an annual event. Thanks Ocean Reef!

Greta’s gave us a wonderful experience! Our family trip was made so much better by the care and service they provided. They were so helpful! The location is fantastic. The condo was so homey and comfy and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay with them again!

The condo is in great shape, kitchen well equipped, all furniture and beds in good condition. The location is on the less busy part of PCB. The amenities are a nice addition -pool, sauna, gym and lending library. The beach chairs and umbrella were so nice as well as the assigned parking. Beautiful views and great beach!

Our stay was a 10/10! The condo is beautiful and homey. Everything you need is there. In addition to the 2 free chair beach service, there are extra beach chairs, umbrella,beach towels, cooler, boogie board, beach toys and a wagon to carry all of it! All you need is your swimsuit and sunscreen.

Tropic Winds #1006 was the perfect location for our family vacation. The condo was clean, well stocked, close to the elevators, and parking. The management (Rylie) was patient, kind and very accommodating. The use of the beach chairs was an added plus and the attendants were pleasant and helpful. We would definitely recommend this family friendly location.

I loved the location of the property and the corner balcony.

The condo was great. It was perfect for our trip. The elevators were awful. Only 1 out of the 3 were working for our stay and even that one had a lower than official capacity limit placed on it. We waited over an hour to get from the parking garage to our condo upon check in

Our fall break was awesome! Tropic Winds did not disappoint. Our condo 1903 was beautiful. The beds are comfy and the oversized balcony just topped it off. You can’t beat staying right on the beach. Riley was an amazing host and made everything so smooth! Will stay again.

Very nice place. The best parking access and spacious. 3 elevators was awesome and clean. Unit 605 was perfect for my family. Property manager Riley was super nice.

A friend recommended Greta’s to us. Everything was very clean. Elevators were quick. There was a small maintenance issue upon arrival, we were contacted within an hour of completing the form and it was repaired.
