Everything was Perfect. The condo was very clean and well equipped. Excellent communicate with the management service. Location was perfect for walking distance to Beach, shopping and restaurants.

We had an excellent stay with Greta’s Beach Rentals, Inc. in Panama City Beach, Florida! The location was great, and the vacation rental was clean and well-maintained. The management staff was helpful and friendly, making our stay a positive experience. We would definitely recommend Greta’s Beach Rentals to others and would be happy to stay with them again!

This is the only place we stay in PCB, we will always stay at Tropic Winds

Our family has rented from Greta's before so we knew we wanted to rent from her again. We arrived on Monday after Hurricane Isaias. We had been in contact with them a few days before and the day of to get power updates. Every time, we were given updates and when we arrived we did not have power. This of course was out of their control but I called to let them know and the power was on 30 minutes after we arrived. The unit itself was clean and spacious. It had everything we needed to be comfortable during our stay. The 16th floor view was fantastic. We would definitely recommend this unit to others.

The balcony views are worth the stay, alone!
The complex was always clean and safe. The pool and hot tub were nice and clean and right on the beach.

A hurricane delayed our arrival but Greta’s Rentals saved our vacation. We were allowed to shift our arrival and departure days so we could enjoy the beach our scheduled number of days. Tropic winds #605 was very well stocked, maintained, clean and comfortable. See you next time!

Overall I would absolutely recommend this condo! We were at the condo the day after hurricane and there was no power. The owners did agree not to charge us if we were unable to check in due to the hurricane! The owners were great and did communicate that there was minimal power but we chose to check in. They made sure to leave flashlights out for us and communicated with us the whole time. Power was restored by the next morning after check in. The only reason I didn’t give this a 5 star rating is the elevators were awful we became stuck on one as well as other guest. Out of three elevators only one worked the whole time and it was always a different one. Our only other complaint was the few residents that live at the complex. They were very vocal that they live there and were extremely rude to other guest. This is not something the owners of this condo can control! Just want future guest to be aware. Overall this was a great condo and would stay again!!!

We loved the condo. The view is amazing. The docorations are lovely. The balcony is a great place to enjoy the sights and sounds of the gulf. The assigned parking spot could not be better for access to the elevators and beach. Overall, the condo made surviving the hurricane much more enjoyable!

Our grandsons ages 8 and 5 had not experienced the beach. My husband and I wanted to give them that experience and memories. They were amazed at the condo We were very comfortable and loved the large balcony

We were very pleased with our condo (702) at the Tropic Winds condominium complex. Our condo was spacious, clean, and well stocked with kitchen appliances and utensils. We enjoyed our stay and would love to rent this condo again in the future!

We were happy with this condo at Tropic Winds in Panama City Beach, Fl.
The condo was clean when we arrived and no issues with check-in. The only issue we had was the showerhead in the guest bedroom was broken and not working. We called the number for maintenance problems and someone came quickly and installed a new showerhead. We would love to stay in this condo again.

We had an excellent week in PCB! We had to cut our vacation short due to the hurricane, but we made the best of our time there. It helped to have a nice cozy home away from home with everything we needed plus some. Greta's staff went above and beyond to accommodate us especially Riley! We will be back next year!

The property is amazing!! It looks like it has been completely redone and it is right on the beach. Plenty of room for our family. The best part is that is close to Pier Park, Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. We had long walks on the beach, got back and sat in the sun for awhile and then went back up to the condo to have dinner and relax. Definitely will be going again!

This was our first time staying in PCB. The condo at Ocean Reef 1403 was so well appointed. Beautifully decorated, it had everything we needed. The balcony overlooking the beach was a great place to sit in the mornings for coffee. The perfect place to catch the sunrise and spectacular sunsets. The outdoor furniture was very nice and comfortable with lots of seating. We will be looking forward to coming back here again.

Ocean Reef 1507 was better than the pictures. Very clean and it is a great location. We have stayed at Ocean Reef several times and this was our 3rd time using Greta's Beach Rentals. The agency is always very easy to deal with and always responds to concerns. We didn't have any concerns on this trip.

We stayed for a week in the condo. We will definitely stay again with Greta Beach Rentals. The check-in process was a breeze. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. Loved the furniture on the balcony so much We have ordered some for our home lol. The view was amazing. What a sunset! Never had an issue and didn't have to ask for a thing but I believe they would have taken care of our needs immediately. Thank you for helping us have a wonderful 18th anniversary. We will definitely be back.

Very relaxing and enjoyable

We loved everything about our trip! Condo was beautiful and just as described. Very Clean and the Balcony was perfect! Riley was super helpful and we simply had the best time!
