“Staying at this beach condo was an absolute dream! The location couldn’t be more perfect - right on the shoreline with stunning ocean views from every window. The interior was beautifully decorated, creating a cozy yet luxurious atmosphere. The amenities provided were top-notch, from the fully equipped kitchen to the comfortable beds and spacious living areas. The highlight was definitely the private balcony overlooking the beach, where we enjoyed breathtaking sunsets each evening. The host was incredibly accommodating and made sure our stay was nothing short of perfect.

Great condo, super clean and you can see for miles from the balcony. The beds are so comfortable, the condo has everything you need. I can't wait to go back!

Wonderful rental with room for lots of folks. Kitchen has everything you need, grest dishwasher, ice maker & even a Keurig coffeemaker. Regular size washer dryer gets the job done & a wagon to help you unload the car. Very clean & management staff was right next door and available. Very helpful. The best thing is the wonderful view from master bedroom & living room which has two recliners! Free beach loungers and umbrella for two!! Loved this place!!

This unit was beautiful, updated, and well-stocked with anything one needs to have a great time. Most importantly, the unit was bright, nicely furnished and very clean.
I loved the renovated kitchen! It was well equipped, including all the upgrades that make cooking away much easier. You had everything you needed and then some. Another plus was everything in the condo was in perfect working order.
The water views and sunsets from the oversized tiled balcony were simply amazing.
Another convenience included are the Keurig coffee pods, all paper products, toiletries, oversize luxurious towels, and the wonderfully soft robes in the striking master bath with the walk-in shower. This condo is all you need for an amazing stay in Panama City Beach. Greta’s Beach Rentals were awesome and customer oriented.

We absolutely loved the condo. It was very clean and organized. The decor was so nice and perfect for the beachfront condo. The view is absolutely amazing. The balcony was so spacious with comfortable, well kept outdoor furniture. The kitchen was very spacious, clean, and well stocked with everything we needed. We were very pleased with our stay and would definitely stay here again. I totally recommend staying here.

This condo is exactly like the pictures and we enjoyed our stay there. The beach was beautiful and having the amenities of chairs and umbrella was great! The parking deck was a challenge for a large vehicle but having a great restaurant in walking distance was definitely a plus! We will visit again!

My Daughter really enjoyed her stay there for her Spring Break. The apartment was very nice...Huge porch with a spectacular view of the Gulf. The accommodations with the beach chairs and umbrella were������. Will definitely be returning.

This was an amazing place to stay. It was my wife's first time to Florida. The room was very pleasant. We'll be back later this summer.

The condo was exactly as pictured. We have a few minor hiccups but Greta’s Beach Rentals quickly resolved our issue. The customer service was exceptional. The condo was clean and spacious for our family of 4. I look forward to renting with Greta’s again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 1604 Ocean Reef. The pics are accurate and the balcony views are spectacular. Our teens liked that they could walk to so many fun places: putt putt, Alvins for tshirts, and Sharkey's for dinner were their favorites. My husband and I really enjoyed the Saltwater Grill, which is a short drive down 98. Even the burgers at the arcade across the street were surprisingly good! Overall a great vacation and we were very pleased with the customer service and communications with Greta's Rentals. We'll be back!

First time staying a Tropic Winds. Nice condo in a not so busy location. Very clean property! Greta's Beach Rentals was super easy to work with and we love the properties they manage.

Our recent stay at Greta's Beach Rental condominium was nothing short of perfection! Upon arrival, we found that every aspect of the condo exceeded expectations: pristine cleanliness; freshly painted walls; newly purchased appliances, mattresses & linens – truly everything needed (and more!) for an unforgettable beach vacation. But the real showstopper was the balcony - it was huge and had a perfect setup of deck furniture for relaxing, enjoying morning coffee, or having lunch while taking in the breathtaking ocean views and watching dolphins play. Additionally, its prime location made exploring local attractions effortless as several shops were within walking distance. We enjoyed frequent stops at one restaurant offering delicious pizza, ice cream & donuts near by. To top it off Pier Park, within a short driving distance, offered countless shopping/dining options just minutes away .

Weather didn't cooperate but we enjoyed our time away!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This is our third time staying in this exact condo. It is beautifully maintained and the views from the 22nd floor are wonderful. The condo has everything we need and we loved having 2 lounge chairs on the beach for our stay. Staying at Tropic Winds we avoided the majority of the big crowds. We love the quieter pace and yet we are still close to Pier Park and many great restaurants.

We would definitely stay here again! Well stocked with everything we needed. Elevators were not an issue because they have 3 of them. Easy straight walk onto the beach. Loved the high ceilings and doorways because it made the condo feel bigger. The only thing that took extra time was trying to get my big suburban into the tiny parking spot. But other than that, everything was great.

The Condo was exactly as described and as you see in the pictures. The beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of room as a family of 4. This was our second time booking with Gretas Beach Rentals and we would 100% recommend booking with her. Even though we didn't have the weather we had hoped for we enjoyed our stay and had a good time.

We loved staying at this beautiful condo! It was beautifully decorated and came with a well equipped kitchen, (bring your own spices). We loved having beach chairs to drop our things when playing in the sand and my kids loved using the condo’s boogie boards and sand toys! The view from the balcony was amazing and we saw dolphins on our last day! Totally recommend!
