Everything was great, except the parking spaces are a challenge. Too tight.

We were very pleased with our choice to go with Greta's Beach Rentals and Ocean Reef 1101. The location directly on the beach was great and convenient. The property was as described on the advertisement. The unit was spacious and had everything we needed. We were very happy to see fans in each room as we did not bring our own and several of our party MUST have a fan to sleep but we were already overloaded and had to leave some items at home. The unit was well equipped for our stay and our cooking needs. Loved having the washer/dryer and the extra beach items (chair, umbrella, wagon). The views were beautiful from the balcony and there was enough seating for all of our family and was a great location to watch the air show (which we did not know was happening). The only negative experience we had was the attendant for the beach service. The first day we got to the beach early to check in and he advised us he was not ready and he had to set up all the chairs and umbrellas before he would even talk to us. We explained that we would like to request chairs close to the walk way since we had one person that was very hard of walking and especially in the sand and if we could be on the front row. He said he was just one person so it may take awhile. We went back to our room and waited about an hour and returned and he was not there so we waiting (he had walked across the street to get some breakfast) at that time he stated all the chairs on the front has been "rented" and the best he could do was put out 4 chairs on the back row and it was at the very end of the row of existing chairs. That was very frustrating. I feel that he saved the front row for "paying customers" and the back row was for the condos that provided chairs for their guests. However, I will add that the following day we made the same request and he did put us on the front row but still at the very end from the walk way. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend this property.

We loved the location because it wasn't too crowded but also not too far from the action. The condo was perfect, very clean and comfortable.

Great location, nice view. The place was updated, beds were comfortable and the unit was very clean. Spent lots of time on the large balcony.

Our family of 4 absolutely loved this unit! It had everything we needed AND MORE! Plus the view-it was stunning. We saw sea life every day, and the west facing corner had the best view for sunsets. The decor was top notch beautiful and perfectly clean. I would definitely rent this unit again.

Perfect stay for a family getaway with my mom, sister and niece. Love the eclectic decor and the amazing and roomy view from the lanai. Hope to return again soon.

This is a great unit. Beautiful views! We love this layout because there are two master suites facing the ocean, with an additional bedroom for the kids. This is ideal because we travel with my parents. Greta’s is superb! They went above and beyond to make our stay great. Communication is stellar too!

The condo was great. Clean and comfortable. Breathtaking views, everything ypu could want for a vacation rental.

Our stay was everything we had hoped for. The unit was beautifully decorated, immaculate and very well appointed.

The building was very well maintained and kept very clean.

Being spring break we expected to encounter crowds and noise but we were pleasantly surprised to find a peaceful time on the beach. The loungers and umbrella was an added bonus.

This rental was great. Stayed with a family of 6 with kids (kids aged 2-8) and it was perfect for us. The location was very good, right on a beautiful beach. The unit came with beach service chairs and umbrella which is really nice (less to carry down). The pools (1 outdoor and 1 indoor) were good sized and heated which is great. Unit was very clean and updated. I would highly recommend this rental and we will likely rent again. AC was updated while we were there (very minimal disruption) so you have a brand new AC unit going in to summer. People mentioned the elevators were not working in previous reviews. There was an elevator company onsite replacing equipment. Sounds like they should be fully ungraded soon but they were working while we were there fine. Parking was also good as you have an assigned spot in the parking garage, under cover.

We enjoyed every bit of our stay at this condo. The condo far exceeded our expectations. It’s very evident that every small detail was thought of. This place is exquisite with the high-end gorgeous furnishings and very comfortable furniture and bedding. We slept so good here! This condo is top notch in every aspect. We have never rented anything better and would rent this again in a heartbeat. The view from the spacious private balcony is so awesome. As an end unit, you get the bonus of an expansive west view. Best sunsets ever! This oceanfront condo allows you to be walking on the warm sand just a few steps off the elevator. The whole experience with Greta’s Beach Rental was wonderful. Prompt communication and attentive staff made our vacation worry-free. Our stay was simply the best!

Our recent stay at Ocean Reef 1401 in Panama City was an overall wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The assigned parking spot made things incredibly convenient, and getting in and out of the building was seamless with the quick and efficient elevators.
The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking—easily one of the highlights of the trip. We also really enjoyed the heated outdoor pool and hot tub, which were a perfect bonus, especially after a long day at the beach. Having food options within walking distance made things even more convenient.
The condo itself was very comfortable and well set up for our group of four. There was plenty of seating for all of us to relax together, and the furniture was cozy and inviting. We also appreciated the two beach chairs that came with the room—it made our beach time that much easier and more enjoyable.
One minor downside was that the fire alarm went off every time we used the oven, which was a bit frustrating. However, this was outweighed by the excellent service we received. Gretta’s staff was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay.
Overall, we had a fantastic time and would definitely consider staying here again!

We had a wonderful stay. The condo is gorgeous as are the views from the enormous private balcony. Easy access to the beach and pools and the beach chairs included were a great bonus. Parking was easy. We had a great stay.

Wonderful experience from check-in to checkout. Lovely clean condo with huge balcony and gorgeous view of the beach and Gulf. Riley, with Greta’s Beach Resorts was extremely helpful and on-site. Beach service was a fantastic bonus and the daily beach young man was so kind and personable. Thanks to him as well. Weather was perfect. We were so lucky.
