Welcome to Ocean Reef 2105! This penthouse condo is new to our rental program for 2023! Don't let the lack of reviews concern you. Unit 2105 brings a unique Asian theme and flare to the beach! It features tiled, wood accent, flooring throughout; spacious 10 ft. ceilings and 8 ft. interior doors; beautiful Asian mural accent walls; stainless appliances; elegantly tiled and oversized balcony, with room for everyone; and a convenient, reserved, parking space located directly under the building and close to the elevators.

Free Seasonal Beach Chairs are included! Two comfortable beach loungers and one umbrella are setup each day of your stay between March 1st and October 31st.

Our 1,146 square foot condo offers an open floor plan with balcony access and gulf views from both the living room and master bedroom! The Asian style uses influences from the Far East and draws on a tranquil, harmonious design with zen atmosphere, peaceful setting, natural light, oriental accent walls, and open feeling.

The living area provides seating for everyone and features gulf-views, balcony access, large pull-out sofa and chair with ottoman, and large television. The dining area features a dining table with bench and 4 chairs. The kitchen includes a breakfast bar with 3 counter-height chairs, stainless appliances, and Asian inspired frosted glass cabinet doors. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes cookware, dishes, glassware, flatware, and utensils for preparing delicious meals. Our guests love to enjoy sunset meals, on the balcony, while gazing at the beautiful gulf and listening to waves splashing ashore.

The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, beautiful gulf views, and adjoins the balcony via a separate balcony access. The private master bath features a combination tub/shower and double vanity with granite countertop and vessel sinks. The guest bedroom is spacious, much like a second master bedroom, and includes queen bed with private bathroom access. The guest bathroom includes a combination tub/shower, granite countertop, and vessel sink.

A separate laundry room offers a combination washer/dryer. Our beach condo is a renter favorite. Book it today, you'll be glad you did!

PARKING: One reserved, exclusive use, parking space (located under the building and close to your condo) making parking a breeze! During the spring break and summer busy seasons, please try to travel in one vehicle if at all possible. One free parking pass will be provided. Limited overflow parking is available across the street on a first come, first serve, basis. If the overflow parking lot fills, a second space can not be guaranteed. All vehicles must display a parking pass on the dash or mirror.

PLEASE NOTE: The Occupancy Limit is 6. Age 25 or older to book. No pets allowed. This is a NO SMOKING property, not even on the balcony. If you are a smoker and intend on smoking at the condo, do not book this property. Smoking is allowed on the sidewalk in front of the building. No parties or large gatherings permitted inside condo. Quiet hours are to be observed. Our policies are STRICTLY ENFORCED. Property manager is On-Site.

"It was great...only issue is that you may want to place thicker curtains in the front room due to i could see my guest changing clothes when I got off the elevator through the curtains with the room light on.

"We had a fantastic stay at Greta’s condo! The unit was spotless, beautifully furnished, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The large balcony with its perfect view quickly became our favorite spot to relax. Riley was super responsive and helpful throughout the booking process. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again—5-star accommodations all the way.

"From the beginning booking was soo easy and smooth and that is was set the tone for our trip. Anything and every little bit of information is available just a few clicks away. The detailed information for arrival and departure were amazing they were your run of the mill things to do BUT having it laid out how they did just made everything so much easier. The condo itself was so beautiful and clean. We were supplies with all the essentials we needed which made it that more enjoyable. The beds are supper comfy and the view was breathtaking. The building itself felt very exclusive, security made sure everyone in the area was actually supposed to be there and made sure we were safe which was great especially with having kids... all in all 10 out of 10. Definitely will be booking again!!

Not a penthouse condo

"This was described as a penthouse condo, but it wasn't. PENTHOUSE MEANS THE TOP FLOOR,there were 2 floors above us not a big deal but to me false advertisement. Had a great stay up until the last day when we had to deal with one particular security person who left a note on our door about the lights on our balcony. We were there to celebrate our daughters 12th birthday and this guy was a ***** "to be kind". Why not ask someone about something instead of leaving some BS note about how it's frowned upon about having lights on the balcony. I've been doing this for my daughter for years in PCB on her birthday and never had a problem until here so that did it for me at this location. I'll stick with Emerald beach from now on Thanks

Dear Guest, thank you for your review. We greatly appreciate it. Thank you for allowing us to host your stay and celebrating your daughters birthday at our beach condo. We love that you had a great stay and hope you made memories that will last a lifetime and took lots of wonderful pictures. We will be speaking with security to make sure that issues with balcony lights are handled in a different manner in the future. We are in the midst of loggerhead turtle season and the turtle watch and city code enforcement take white or bright lights seriously during this time, it confuses the hatchlings. As for the penthouses at Ocean Reef, the penthouse floors are considered to be between the 19th and 23rd floors. The first 2 digits of the unit number is the floor location. The Ocean Reef penthouse units are unique in that they feature 10 foot ceilings (including the balcony) and 8 foot tall interior doors which provide a much more spacious, nicer, and open floor plan for our guests enjoyment. "Everything that was under the owner’s control was great! Very clean and spacious. The deck is huge and the view is the best we’ve ever had in PCB. Weather couldn’t be helped and the elevators are extremely slow at check-in time. Vacationers might do themselves a favor and not try to get up and down stairs until an hour or so after check-in, especially if you are on a high floor. We will try to stay here again next year!

"Great location, super view, comfortable beds king and queen. Did not try sofa, but it looks z little outdated. Clean. Pleasant stay. Although water drains must be cleared, so it would not stay in sinks. Otherwise we had best time in this place.
