Stay On The Beach! Welcome to Ocean Reef 1607! As of March 2025, our condo is back on the rental market and ready to host your beach vacation.

This fully equipped, two bedroom two bath, luxury condo provides all that you'll need to enjoy a memorable vacation on the beach. The condo is beach front and includes an oversized balcony with comfortable chaise loungers overlooking the beautiful white, sandy, beaches and emerald gulf waters. Relax on this balcony and enjoy watching sea life and majestic sunsets.

This residence provides for a wonderful vacation on the beach! The living room includes some of the most comfortable furnishings you will find and inspires stress-free, relaxing naps. The living room arrangement includes a wall-mounted television and plenty of seating that's fabulous for enjoying evening movies, sporting events, or simply admiring the endless views of the gulf. The full kitchen is perfect for cooking and also includes a breakfast bar with seating for four and a full-size, dining room table. The elegant master bedroom, with king bed, adjoins the balcony and includes separate balcony access and fabulous gulf views. Sleep to the sound of the waves! The guest bedroom conveniently provides two full-size beds providing ample sleeping arrangements.

Ocean Reef offers a gulf-front swimming pool and hot tub. The indoor swimming pool is heated seasonally and includes gulf views and an indoor steam room. Both pools are very close to the beach boardwalk allowing guests to easily move from the pool to the beach and back. A fitness room and sauna are located on the sixth floor.

Ocean Reef is conveniently located with lots of fun activities close by. Runaway Island, one the of the areas nicest and best, beach-front, restaurants is two doors down (easy walking distance). Runaway Island also offers a walk-up beach bar which can be easily accessed from the Ocean Reef beach. Across the street is putt-putt golf, ice cream, go-carts, gift shops, sandwich shops and arcade.

"Check in and out was super easy. Condo was spacious and had plenty of room for 5(and 3 of those were teenage boys over 6' tall. The balcony was our favorite place to be with plenty seating.

"The condo was exactly as advertised. Other than the bed being too soft for my taste, I have no complaints. The views are spectacular and the beach access can’t be beat.

Greta were easy to communicate with and very responsive to event the smallest request. I’d definitely stay here again.

"Giving this property 4 stars for the following reasons: 1. We loved the actual condo - rooms & furniture were very nice 2. Ocean view was perfect & gorgeous 3. Condo was obviously cleaned before our arrival & we had all we needed to get started (kitchen, bathrooms & laundry room - the frig was SPOTLESS btw) 4. Staff was kind & helpful. The only reason we subtracted a star was due to some maintenance issues (the 2nd bathroom toilet ran nonstop (we turned it off at night), a lower kitchen cabinet would not open, and it's probably time for a replacement dishwasher (very loud & only cleaned okay). But overall we were pleased and I would and already have recommended Ocean Reef to friends.

Beautiful Condo on the Beach

"We absolutely loved the condo, it was roomy and the deck was amazing!! We have been coming to PCB for the last 23 years and this was one of the nicer condos we have stayed in. We will definitely stay at the Ocean Reef again. The only drawback was there was one parking spot and the spots were small for trucks and SUVs but that is all I can say.

"My new husband and I were celebrating. The condo was pretty great. It wasn't decorated like normal beach places. That alone made us excited. Place was much bigger than we expected. It was close to lots of fun things. Mini golf right across the street! The only major problem we experienced was the broken elevator. We had to walk up 16 flights of stairs. And not only that it was at the time of day where everyone is coming up from the beach with all their stuff. So it was about 70 people in this small stairway at one time. Pretty miserable. There was a family with a member in a wheel chair. The guard was kinda rude and told them they would just have to wait. His tone was very harsh. Luckily the elevator was fixed by the time we left the next morning. We stayed in our last night because we didn't want to walk up 16 flights again. Overall our stay was pretty nice.

"My family and I just needed some downtime given all of the chaos going on in the world right now and the Condo (1607) at Ocean Reef was a perfect getaway! Great accommodations, location and weather! I really appreciate the attention to details of the condo owners with how the condo was stocked with great furniture, appliances and patio furniture. We would definitely consider coming back to this location again!

Great Location

"The condo was spacious and homey. From the pictures, we were under the impression that there was carpet throughout but were pleasantly surprised to find that there was no carpet anywhere. The master bedroom felt a little cramped but being able to walk out onto the balcony made up for it. The views are gorgeous!
The kitchen was fully equipped with cookware, dishes, and appliances.
The property itself is quiet and there's always a security guard on duty. One of them was always rude and in a bad mood but it wasn't a huge issue. It's also close to pier park, across the street from a go-kart track, and walking distance to restaurants. There's also beach chairs in the condo for beach days.
There are no luggage carts available in the complex but there is a cart in the laundry room of the condo that saved us extra trips. We would stay here again.

"We had a great time n PCB this year. The condo's view was amazing and we loved having the beach as our backyard. The condo was very clean, the beds were really comfortable and the patio super spacious. We could have used a couple more hand-towels for the kitchen but otherwise, everything was really great and all of our needs were met.

"First of all, our other rental was cancelled on us 4 days out and we were in a panic. Luckily, we found this rental and were taken care of from the minute we booked. Wonderful, personal customer service. Immaculately clean unit. Comfy & cozy inside, AMAZING balcony. Huge, with enough furniture to sit in a different chair every day for a week :) . Was so lovely to have this space when it rained, we didn't feel like we were stuck inside missing out. Got to lay on the lounge chairs and take in the ocean while the storms rolled in. The kitchen & entire unit is stocked with everything you could need. All the pillows, extra blankets, plenty of towels, cart for bringing bags & groceries up from the car, even an electric tea kettle. AND super high quality umbrella and beach chairs (the kind with coolers on the back even). The building was also really nice, never had to wait longer than a few seconds for an elevator. Decent pool + hot tub, convenient parking with elevator right in the parking garage. We also rented chairs + umbrella for the last couple of days on the beach. Not cheap, but well worth it and great to have the option to not have to lug anything down or up. Also just minutes from everything in Pier Park and walking distance from beachfront restaurants and bars. Absolutely loved it!

"We were very happy with our accommodations at Ocean Reef. The rooms were clean and spacious and the view was spectacular. We had a slight problem when we realized that my husband had run out of his medication. We reached out to staff and they promptly helped us by replacing the lock on the mailbox and providing us with a key. We are already planning to return next year!

"This was by far the best condo we ever stayed in!

The room was immaculate and in excellent condition...we can't emphasize this enough!! It looks every bit as beautiful as the property description! The beds and furniture were extremely comfortable, and we loved the cushioned balcony furniture. The view was stunning from the 16th floor balcony. It's a roomy place to relax on a rainy day. The balcony furniture was much more extravagant any other condo we have stayed at in the past. It was wonderful having 3 large flat-screen TVs and DVD players. We enjoyed watching movies on the huge TV in the living room. You can even see the ocean from the living room! The room and balcony are so nice you won't want to leave the room!

We loved how the room had beach chairs, umbrellas, a beach cooler, and innumerable beach toys. This allowed us to save the expense of renting beach chairs. There were quite a few Nicholas Sparks books to read if interested.

Another perk was that Hidden Lagoon Super Race Track and Golf (with 2 mini golf courses and go-karts) was right across the road from the condo. It's a tremendous advantage to be able to walk and avoid the intense PCB traffic. There were lots of activities and restaurants nearby. We were able to walk to the restaurant Sharky's which we loved, as you could eat beachside! We also loved the food at Pineapple Willy's...but be prepared to wait to eat there. We also enjoyed Coconut Creek miniature golf. There is so much to do in the area you couldn't possibly do it all!

The manager was very helpful in the renting process. We liked many other aspects of Ocean Reef in general. We had our own parking space, and it was easy to get in and out of the garage. It was convenient to just have to remember a code to get in the room. We also liked how there was a security guard present in the pool area to keep control.

Ocean Reef 1607-Met all expectations

"Our stay at Ocean Reef 1607 was wonderful. We had to endure a few inconveniences from tropical storm Cindy, but the accommodations met all of our expectations and then some. The unit was clean and the owners supplied several things to get us started such as trash bags, soap, dishwasher tabs etc.
We loved the over-sized deck! It was nice to have many beach supplies at our disposal as well. the kitchen had ample cooking equipment with the exception of cooking utensils and linens--could have had a few more. The condo is ample in size and I would stay again in the future. The internet was very slow at times and was even out periodically. Not sure if this is a unit problem or the provider. Location is very convenient. Just a right turn out of the parking garage and a left onto Nautilus and you are just two minutes from Pier Park, including Target, Walmart, a quick care, restaurants, specialty shops etc.
