When it's time to relax and get away from it all, Ocean Reef #2001 is your vacation destination! This penthouse, four-bedroom, 3-bathroom, beach rental has approximately 1600 square feet and has an amazing end-unit private balcony with miles of coastal views (as far as the eye can see). The living room and master bedroom both adjoin the oversized 280 sq. ft. balcony with room for everyone! Relax and nap to the sound of the waves or layout in the sun on your private balcony.
Our condo includes not one but TWO sets of FREE beach chairs and umbrellas. Enjoy 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas each day of your stay. What a value that saves you money! The beach chair service is provided seasonally from March to October 31st.
This luxurious, decorated condo has stainless appliances, elegant furnishings, and beautiful tiled floors to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The master bedroom is beachfront with access to the patio and features a king-sized bed and a private bathroom. This bedroom features a flat-screen TV and lighting and ceiling fan. The second master suite also has a king-sized bed, private bathroom, flat-screen TV, lighting, and ceiling fan. The third guest room has a queen-sized bed and flat-screen TV. This bedroom adjoins a Jack-and-Jill bathroom featuring a tub/shower combination. The fourth is bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed system that includes a full-size bed on the bottom and a twin on the top. This room also has a small flat-screen television.

Ocean Reef, built-in 2008, is in a great location and close to everything. It is located on the west end of Panama City Beach and is only 1 mile from the new Pier Park mall: 150 stores, 20 restaurants, and a 16 megaplex movie theater. Across the street are miniature golf and go-cart tracks. Gulf World is just a short distance down the road along with many other entertainment and dining choices. The newest beach-front restaurant, Runaway Island, is a 5-minute walk away! The souvenir shop is also directly across the street.
Ocean Reef has unobstructed east and west panoramic views of the gorgeous white sand beaches and glistening emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Relax by one of the two pools. Ocean Reef has one outdoor and one heated indoor pool for your pleasure. It also has an outdoor hot tub and an indoor sauna and steam room. Exercise in the sixth-floor fitness room that overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. Better yet lie on the sugary white sand beach and tan yourself. Ocean Reef offers it all.

Please remember #2001 is a privately owned vacation home whose owner wants you to enjoy what they enjoy. Please take good care of it as you would your own home.
PARKING: A reserved, exclusive use, parking space (located under the building and close to your condo) makes parking a breeze! During spring break and the busy summer season, please travel in one vehicle if at all possible. All vehicles must display a parking pass on the dash or mirror. The first vehicle parking pass is free. An additional vehicle parking pass costs $20. The additional vehicle parks in a, first come first serve, overflow parking lot across the street.
BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Occupancy Limit is no more than 8 guests in unit. You must be age 25 or older to book and you must be present at check-in and during the stay. Pets are not allowed and will result in removal from property. This is a NON-SMOKING resort, not even on the balcony. If you plan on smoking throughout your vacation, please book a different property. Smoking can result in removal from property and loss of deposit. Quiet hours are to be abided by, no loud music, no parties, no large gatherings permitted. You must respect your neighbors right to enjoyment of their balcony. Rental Property Manager will require a signed rental agreement, indicating your agreement to the rental terms, conditions, and rules. Rental Manager may require your ID for guest verification, local, legal, or building security reasons. The Rental Property Manager as well as building association staff are on-site to insure rules and terms are being followed.

Mary, Thank you for this wonderful review. We are so glad that you found your condo to be beautiful, clean, and in a great location. The parking spaces are 9 ft wide (some wider) and 16ft long. It does seem tight when maneuvering inside of an enclosed garage (with all the support walls) as opposed to an outdoor parking lot.
