Greta’s Beach Rentals is the on-site rental management company at Tropic Winds Condominium, located in the 8th floor office, and Ocean Reef Condominium, located in the 6th floor office, in Panama City Beach, Florida. We are on-site each and every day. As the on-site company, we pride ourselves on providing superior customer service to ensure that all of your guest requests, from arrival to departure, are handled expediently and professionally. We inspect your condo prior to guest arrivals to make sure everything is in order. From parking issues to requests for internet or television assistance, and everything in between, we meet your guests and assist them as needed throughout their stay. This level of service results in fabulous reviews and repeat business for your property.
Your beach condo is only a short elevator ride away and as-such we provide a hands-on experience for each of our owners. We consistently monitor your property to insure all is well. We never charge owner fees for going to your property to handle anything that might need attention. In addition, our services include keeping your air ventilation filters changed, standard light bulbs replaced, smoke detector batteries replaced, along with many other services at no additional cost to you.
Our property management services include everything from A to Z. We do it all including advertising your condo, responding to inquiries, booking your condo, managing your daily rates, maintaining the reservations calendar, providing guest arrival and departure inspections, performing housekeeping services, maintaining linens and towels, providing guest amenities, collecting and dispersing revenues, remitting bed taxes to the taxing agencies, and overseeing handyman services provided by outside contractors and vendors. We also manage your website presence on not only our GretasBeachRentals.com website but also third-party online travel agency sites (OTAs) such as VRBO.com, Booking.com, and others.
