2025 Price Reduction and New Updates: We continue to update our condo for the comfort of our guests! For 2025, we are happy to announce that new, comfortable, living room furnishings and decor have been delivered! In addition to the guest bedroom bunk bed, we've added a new, comfortable, guest bedroom queen bed. Adults as well as children can now enjoy the guest bedroom and sleep comfortably. A new kitchen microwave has also been provided. Also, relax in our new balcony Adirondack chairs and take in the views! We hope you enjoy our condo and have a fabulous beach vacation!

This top floor, true penthouse, luxurious condo will provide you with a memorable and fabulous vacation. Enjoy a meal on the balcony of this condo and view the dolphins, schools of fish, seagulls flying by, all while taking in 30 miles of coastal views from east to west.

Our condo provides all the comforts needed for complete enjoyment. The spacious living areas are tiled and include sleeper sofa and love seat, balcony access with full length blackout curtains, a dining / breakfast bar area to seat 7 comfortably, and a full size kitchen. The kitchen features white wraparound cabinets, shimmering gold-tinted, Elida glass backsplash, stainless appliances, and upgraded extendable kitchen facet. All of the large and small appliances are provided such as refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, etc. Cookware is included for preparing large or small meals.

The master bedroom includes king size bed, luxury vinyl tile flooring, crown molding, balcony access (sleep to the sound of the waves), flat screen television, and separate master bath en-suite. Full length, blackout curtains are provided for your sleeping enjoyment.

The guest bedroom includes a queen size bed along with a bunk bed featuring a lower full-size mattress and top twin mattress. The flat screen television and DVD player are provided for private, guest room, entertainment. The guest room includes access to a separate, full bathroom featuring a combination shower/tub.

A separate laundry room includes a Whirlpool combination washer/dryer.

Tropic Winds is located directly on the beach in the most sought after, quiet, peaceful and serene west end. Tropic Winds is only two miles from the incredible new shopping, dining and entertainment venue, Pier Park.

Parking: A reserved, exclusive use, parking space (located under the building and close to your condo) makes parking a breeze! During spring break and summer, please try to travel in one vehicle if at all possible. All vehicles must display a parking pass on the dash or mirror. The primary vehicle is provided a parking pass at check-in. Each additional vehicle will require a $40 parking pass.

Please Note: The Occupancy Limit is 6. Age 25 or older to book. No pets allowed. This is a NO SMOKING property, not even on the balcony. If you are a smoker and intend on smoking at the condo, do not book this property. Smoking is allowed on the sidewalk in front of the building. No parties or large gatherings permitted inside condo. Quiet hours are to be observed. These policies are Strictly Enforced. Property manager is on-site.

"Wow! Upon our first step into Unit 2302, we immediately transformed into another atmosphere that made us feel like we were on a private island! Everything from the decor to the color scheme of the decorations was breathtaking! The unit was fully equipped with everything one could think of from the coffee pot to the crock pot, plush towels, etc. Moreover, the balcony with the high top rocking chairs gave an awesome view of the ocean, sunrise, and sunset. And Mike's Seafood and Oyster Bar across the street served great food, salads, and sweet tea. Lastly, our Rental Agent, Riley, was phenomenal! He made everything nice, easy, and readily accessible. It was truly a smooth transition. Thanks, Greta Beach Rentals, for an incredibly awesome experience! We can't wait to come back and we Highly recommend your rental to everybody!!! Magnificent!

"Our recent stay at the oceanfront condo was absolutely fantastic! The condo was clean, and we were delighted to step into a well-maintained space. The easy check-in process made our arrival hassle-free.

The condo's family-friendly atmosphere was a big plus for us. The pool was a hit with the kids, and the proximity to the beach allowed us to create beautiful memories together.

The oceanfront location was simply breathtaking. Waking up to the sound of waves and enjoying the stunning views of the ocean was a treat for our senses. It provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation and tranquility.

"This condo was perfectly appointed with everything you could possibly need for a quick trip to the beach. All the appliances worked and were in good shape, there were cups and plates and plenty of silverware, the mugs were HUGE=perfect. :) The king bed was super comfy and we all slept great every night. I brought a glade plug in (like I always do on vacation) in case there was any weird smell but it was clean and smelled nice so I didn't even need it.
There was a hiccup with the elevators which meant we had to take 23 flights of stairs with three kids a few times, but other than that it was a perfect place for our family for our vacation. When we brought up the issue with the elevators to the owner he went out of his way to make it up to us and we will be forever saying good things about him.

"We really enjoyed our stay at tropic winds. The condo was very nice. It had all of the amenities we needed to be comfortable. The balcony was amazing. We could see the beach below and could see out in the gulf which seemed like forever. We also could hear the surf from our bedroom. Falling asleep to the sound was wonderful. It was a great reflective time for my husband and I with a perfect place to do that. Being on the 23 floor you felt like you were about half way to heaven.

"We stay at Tropic Winds as a family every summer. This was our first time to stay in this unit and were all a little anxious about being up so high. Once we got use to the height, We loved the view from the balcony especially first thing in the morning. Dolphins, sharks and turtles all swam by and we could see them from the balcony. The floors throughout the condo were great however, I do think you need some rugs in the bedrooms and bathrooms (slick floors). The only real complaint we have every year is the parking garage. No one can make the turns to get around the corners and its real tight getting into a parking spot. BUT we aren't there to enjoy a parking garage we are there for the beach. And the beach is fabulous!! Thanks for allowing us to stay in your unit. We had a great time!

"We had a great stay here. The condo was located on the west end so very little traffic. The grocery store was close by. The condo was clean and has an awesome balcony. The beds are comfortable. Well laid out.
The beach is very nice and not crowded. Condo unit has a shared hot tube and pool. Indoor parking.

"We had reserved Ocean Reef 1006 but the night before leaving we were informed that wouldn't be available. We were offered Tropic Winds. Yes we'd go back here just not this unit because of the bunk beds. A 69 year old woman slept in a bottom bunk for two weeks. Appreciated the fact that a place was found for us but again it just wasn't the right unit for us.

"Everything was fantastic ! The view was beautiful the condo was beautiful ! The only down side was that I could have been a little cleaner. There was dust everywhere on the furniture, the ceiling fans were really bad, the laundry room was a little dirty and there was only 2 spoons in the entire place. Besides that I would stay again for sure.

"I have stayed at Tropic Winds several times and this was by far the best condo we have stayed in. I love the fact that the owner opted for two bunk beds in the second bedroom and I love the fact that the staff at Greta's Beach Rentals were able to provide us with a second parking spot under the complex. They also checked in with us before we arrived and before we left to make sure everything was alright. I felt that they really cared if we had a great vacation. The unit was very clean and well appointed. My family also loved the very nice outdoor furniture on the balcony. We will definitely stay here again!

Incredible vacation condo

"Everything about our stay at Tropic Winds through Greta’s Beach Rentals was absolutely perfect. When we arrived, the condo was very clean and was stocked with toiletries and cleaning supplies for 1-2 days. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and cookware as well. Our rental included two beach chairs and an umbrella that was put up for us every morning and taken down every night. The hot tub was nice when the evenings were cooler. The balcony was by far the best part. The balcony is huge and we were on the 23rd floor with gorgeous views. We ate all our meals out there and sat on the balcony most evenings to watch the sunset. I will definitely be coming back.

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tropic Winds 2302. The condo was extremely spacious, clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully loaded with plenty of pans and pots to cook our own meals. We enjoyed eating on the balcony with an amazing view of the beach and plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy. The condo is in the perfect location and a very short uber away from great dining and shopping at Pier Park. The property is very well kept and has plenty of amenities such as a hot tub, large pool, steam room, and lounge seats that made our stay even more relaxing. Highly recommend.

"Tropic Winds 2302 was perfect for me and my family's short weekend trip. Easy to find, with lots of guest parking. We were easily able to fit the family. This place is a quick uber ride from Pier Park. We got to enjoy breakfast on the outside porch table with a gorgeous view of the water. I easily booked a complimentary umbrella and chairs for the entire stay. The condo itself was impeccable with a fully loaded kitchen so I could cook a big meal with my family. We had a great time at this condo and I would 100% stay here again. I cant wait for my next trip!

"We had a wonderful time at Tropic Winds. This was our second visit in a year & enjoyed it very much! "The condo was great, spacious and clean. The only issue was the tv in the main area was child locked. It was very nice to work with local staff and not someone that was not located in Florida.

Great spot

"We really loved this rental. Happy with parking on lower level and not having to trek across a bridge as in many of the larger buildings. I contacted Greta's staff for two minor issues that were promptly remedied. Only disappointing event was the closure of the pool for almost all of our stay. Unless this was an emergency, it should have been communicated to renters beforehand, especially since the weather was bad for most of our visit. Overall though, this place felt like home with a much better view!

Awesome Stay!

"First let me say that Greta was amazing to work with. She got us booked with short notice and was very easy to work with. Second, the room was great! My daughters didn't want to leave...neither did my husband and I. The rooms were beautiful,the beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms very clean and the views...AMAZING! I would definitely recommend to anyone. And you can't beat that the resort is right on the beach! No lugging things around and no sand in the car!!

Great condo on the beach

"We had a very pleasant and relaxing stay in this condo. Johnny Smith was great to work with getting all arrangements made, and making our arrival seem easy. If you like the breeze and the sound of water rolling onto the beach, then look no more. Nice condo, elevated on the 23rd floor, great views and sunsets.

2302 at Tropic Winds

"We had a blast in 2302 during our stay from Oct. 10-14. Johnny really helped me out and was super to work with. We had lost a previous reservation due to a double booking with another group and he helped me get in to this unit. The unit is beautiful with completely new updates. The view is spectacular and I would recommend it to EVERYONE. The "ONLY" thing that would make this place better was if the pool was a little bigger and out front. Besides that, 5*

Last Minute Fall Break Vacation

"We stayed at TW 2302 for 4 nights and couldn't have been happier with our stay! The condo was IMMACULATE (not a speck of dirt or sand anywhere!) and is exactly as it's shown in the pictures. The condo is very spacious and the patio is huge! The building itself is well maintained and the location was perfect. Tropic winds is a little bit outside of the main Panama Beach area (the pier is about 2 miles east), but it meant that the beach wasn't nearly as crowded. Tropic winds also doesn't have any other high-rise condo buildings on either side, so that also made the beach feel much less crowded than other areas we saw when walking. The Greta's employees couldn't have been more helpful. We got excellent recommendations for restaurants (Panama Pizzeria and Runaway Island!) and the 1 issue I did report while we were there (no kitchen towels) was remedied immediately. I left a voicemail and within 2 hours there was a knock on the door and we were handed a set of brand-new kitchen towels. The Greta's App was also very handy as all the info you'd need (wifi info, channel lineup, door code, etc) is right there for you! Overall we couldn't have been happier and will definitely plan on coming back in the future!
