Our condo offers two Free beach chairs and one umbrella each day of your stay (March 1st to October 31).

The condo is an open floor plan that sleeps six with a king bed in the master bedroom, and 2 full-size beds in the guest room. In addition, the master suite has a private bathroom along with a full view of the water. The guest room has a full bathroom as well. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area that will seat six at the table and four more at the counter.

The balconies at Ocean Reef are among the largest you will find in the area. From the balcony of #1908 you can view the water connecting with the sky, dolphins jumping, seagulls flying, beachgoers walking, parasailing, boating, snorkeling, and much, much more. The balcony is comfortably furnished and provides a relaxing area for enjoying sunsets and sunrises.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Occupancy Limit is no more than 6 guests in unit. You must be age 25 or older to book and you must be present at check-in and during the stay. Pets are not allowed and will result in removal from property. This is a NON-SMOKING resort, not even on the balcony. If you plan on smoking throughout your vacation, please book a different property. Smoking can result in removal from property and loss of deposit. Quiet hours are to be abided by, no loud music, no parties, no large gatherings permitted. You must respect your neighbors right to enjoyment of their balcony. Rental Property Manager will require a signed rental agreement, indicating your agreement to the rental terms, conditions, and rules. Rental Manager may require your ID for guest verification, local, legal, or building security reasons. The Rental Property Manager as well as building association staff are on-site to insure rules and terms are being followed.

"The unit was great. The parking was perfect. The maintenance guy for Greta was awesome (I think his name was Adam). The only complaint I have is the elevators at the resort was horrible. We had to wait 20 minutes just to get on. I had my MIL that is 83 and it was very very difficult for her. But I would stay at this unit again.

While true, we had significant issues a couple of times in 2025, the association has since contracted with Otis Elevator (the largest elevator service company in the world) and has invested significant funds (100k+) to replace parts and upgrade the elevators. So far so good in 2026, the elevators have been working much better since being updated. Thank you for staying with us.

Wonderful Winter Get Away

"We spent the winter 3 months at Ocean Reef in unit 1908. This was our 5th year at Ocean Reefbut not in this unit. Most everything needed is included in the unit and a couple of things (hairdryer & kitchen mixer) that were not, were quickly added by Adam and Riley. WE are both 80+ and the showers needed grab bars and they quickly took care of that. Ocean Reef is very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed the large balcony most every day with beautiful skies and bright sun. Although we did have snow on the beach for a couple of days. The unit was clean and spacious enough for the two of us. Its a great place to spend the winter away from the cold Missouri days.

"Overall the greatest decision we made was renting at ocean reef not only is it in a great location and beautiful condos but the management and property staff are first class all around really good communication and if there is an issue it's corrected promptly by very nice friendly people. We will most definitely be back and plan on staying at the ocean reef every time we visit.

Family Vacation 2023

"Our Ocean Reef condo 1908 was better than we expected. We had so much room that we were able to have all of the family come to our condo for a few family meals. The condo was supplied with plenty of cookware and utensils for our daily use. The cleaning crew did an outstanding job as our unit was spotless. I was a little apprehensive about being on the 19th floor with how slow elevators have been at other condos in the past. However, at Ocean Reef there we three elevators available and they were very speedy. There were plenty of good places to eat within walking distance. I definitely would recommend Runaway Grill, Sharkys, Amore for donuts, and Zollo for pizza. Also, the security personnel and the staff we very courteous and helpful. I would definitely stay in 1908 at Ocean Reef again for my next Panama City Beach vacation.

Perfect beach week

"Everything was wonderful! The condo was beautifully decorated and very comfortable and spacious. The high ceilings and extra large patio were very nice. The kitchen had everything you need. The entire grounds was well maintained and landscaped- loved the pool and hot tub. And our family made full use of the walk to entertainment, food, and shops. Lastly, the beach was perfect - clean, uncrowded, and beautiful.

"Ocean Reef is in a great location, close to many restaurants, shopping, and activities. In building parking is a great plus, and the Gulf views from the balcony cannot be matched. The building itself is well maintained, and the building staff are friendly and very helpful. Unit 1908 provides the amenities needed for your stay. A deeper cleaning of the unit would be useful as the AC/heat air vents are quite dirty with dark stains on the vents and on the ceiling in front of them. The tub/shower drain off the master bedroom was plugged, and second bedroom's tub/shower was almost plugged. We put some drain cleaner in both which cleared up that issue, but this is something that should be monitored by the cleaning service for the unit so it does not become an issue. Greta's staff people are great to work with also, very pleasant an accommodating. We've worked with their group for seven years, and will continue to do so.

"Traveler from CDN.l for the second time to PCB, first time was the onset of Covid this time the end (so we hope). The condo location is excellent, the staff are very nice, parking garage is great, elevators worked well. The pool and hot tub were fairly clean and heated.
The condo unit was nice however could use a few items. The kitchen isn’t well stocked for those who make there own meals. The dryer is in desperate need of replacement, took 3 hours to dry half load of towels. Need towel hooks in washrooms and bedrooms. Need hangers in closets.
Could use loungers on patio.
Overall it was nice.

"love the Ocean reef location! really did not think it was renovated as advertised. Sand in beach toys and occupying the closet so no place for your shoes, needs more than 5 hangers too. laundry room needs to be more organized with mop, broom, vacuum cleaner so you can get to the washer//dryer.Shelfing Please

Amazing View of Beach

"Everything was as described on the website! We had an amazing view of the beach from the balcony. The parking was easy and close, and they even provided a beach wagon to carry luggage and groceries to the condo. The condo was clean, updated, and the beds were comfy. They provided everything needed like dishes, pans, garbage bags, laundry detergent, and more. My only request would've been for new pillows on the couch and better reception/ HD cable tv. I would definitely book here again!

"We loved our stay. We were little confused on the penthouse description. It’s on the 19th floor and there are 23 floors. Everything was very clean and neat the only issue for us there was no toilet paper provided, and no kitchen towels. But everything else was amazing! We would definitely come back again.

Beautiful property - Not so beautiful trip

"The property was beautiful but Hurricane Michael put a HUGE twist in our vacation. Leading up to the trip, Greta's Beach Rentals were very easy to work with as we were preparing for our trip and processing the payments.

The condo was beautiful The A/C was a little goofy in the 48 hours we were there we couldn't get the temp below 75 in the condo even with the curtains closed on the sliding doors in both rooms.

Because this property is so high up, the view is breath taking. Even though Michael dampened our plans, we enjoyed the brief time that we were there. We wish the owner's and staff well and they recover from the storm and hopefully we can make it back to see everything we didn't get a chance to see this time because of the evacuations.

On Monday as we were leaving town and the hurricane was heading that way, I was also very impressed when I called to notify the Rental company that we had left so they could do what they needed to that Greta herself was the one fielding the phone calls.

"We've been coming to the beach for 16 years, and Ocean Reef 1908 rates at the top for cleanliness and comfort. Everything was spotless, the appliances looked brand new, ice maker worked, and it was completely stocked with all of your cooking needs. There were 8-10 towels in each bath room, and all of the linens, even for the pull-out, smelled fresh and clean. We enjoyed the separate laundry room and the wagon provided to hall our things to the condo and then to the beach. It was decorated nicely, and there was no carpet, "Yeah!" The WiFi worked well, and we enjoyed having the table with 6 chairs on the patio. The elevators ran quickly and loved having a reserved parking space. Great view, and we saw sting rays and a manatee from the balcony. We enjoyed using the nice, clean grilling area two evenings. Everything was GREAT!It's also nice to see the classy growth on Front Beach Dr., and you must try the Shrimp Basket and Runaway Island for dinner. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely want this same condo when we return. Greta's Beach Rentals get an A+!

Super Nice & Big Balcony

"The condo was great. Big enough for all of us!!! Even included a beach wagon, chairs, boogie board, etc. We really enjoyed our stay at Ocean Reef the only thing I would probably change is that there are NO luggage carts or anything to help carry your things up to the room- with little ones it's hard to make a bunch of trips, we had brought our own wagon so we used it to carry our things to the room. We only visited the pool twice while there so it was fine but for anybody that might want to lay out by the pool just make sure you get there early enough to grab a chair because those are very limited. Also, the parking deck was a little tight. I drive a Yukon XL and the assigned parking was right by a wall so it was impossible to park in the parking deck with someone parking next to you. We tried to always park right across the street but with limited parking had to park 2 blocks down a few times and just used our wagon to haul kids back and forth. Greta was great to work with as well. I actually called her when we go unloaded to ask about across the street parking and she was quick to answer my questions!!!

"I enjoyed my stay in Unit 1908 at the Ocean Reef. Booking my reservation through Greta's Rentals was easy and they were always there to answer questions via email or phone. The unit was exactly as described. The balcony view was to die for! The elevators are a bit chaotic on move in day but I was prepared after reading other reviews. Parking was no problem. Our reserved space was always for us solely. Using the phone app to give details about your reservation was very handy. The security guard gave my in laws a very convenient parking spot due to their inability to find an open handicap spot. I definitely would book this unit again through Greta's Rentals.
